Guild Information

Membership into Wrath Dynasty is a privilege. If you have been invited to join our ranks, rest assured that we have seen a quality in you that is above that of the average player. You were selected not only for your skill or aptitude, but in the honorable way in which you have conducted yourself. Wrath Dynasty membership is very selective to assure that we remain a guild of honor, and maintain our friendly family atmosphere. Our guild strives to achieve a high standard of conduct in addition to skill at the elements of the game. Wrath Dynasty looks for individuals that possess an overall character that will help to maintain a reputation worthy of honor and respect.

Wrath Dynasty Code of Honor:
As a member of Wrath Dynasty I will conduct myself in a relatively mature manner both in game play and in my interactions with other individuals. I will be respectful of others regardless of differences.
I will display a quality of character that is worthy of respect, as I am also representing Wrath Dynasty and its reputation.
I understand that my initial entry into Wrath Dynasty is a period of induction, to allow both myself and the guild to determine if we are a good fit for each other. At the end of the two week initial buffer period I will be promoted to member. Promotions, after rank of member, are earned by guild interaction, activity, game progression and for raiders points earned from raid participation.
I understand that certain types of behavior will not be tolerated as outlined in the guild Code of Conduct and Rewards.
I recognize that assistance is a give and take situation. I will be polite and patient in asking for and receiving help. I also will be prepared to render help to others in turn

What is gained or lost by following or not following some rules? As we enter into higher content and the fights become more difficult raid focus, preparation and discipline will become more and more important. We are here to have fun! So let’s get prepared, focus on the goal, and take some bosses down!!!

Raid Routine and Guidelines

• Sign up on the guild site! This helps us to plan for the most effective team. (Remember that you must be signed up to receive dkp for waiting in the que.)

• If you signed up for a raid, show up for the raid …. BE ON TIME! This means to be at the entrance or summoning stone before the set raid time. Be ready to run in and start buffing. There are times things might come up if you do have to cancel notify someone.

• Be prepared when you come to the raid! Bring your buff foods, flasks, pots, reagents, scrolls, bandages, any items you might need to maximize your abilities. You should have you gear repaired also.
o If we are learning a new boss we will not require the use of these additional items while learning the strategy. Ask if you aren’t sure.
o Here attitude is everything, on a new boss/zone be prepared to wipe. Wipes happen it is all part of the learning process keeping a positive and determined attitude is an asset.

• Vent access is a must! Even if you have for whatever reason can not speak on vent you must be able to hear the raid leaders and know what is going on.

• Be courteous and attentive on vent! During pulls and fights please be quiet on vent. This is especially important in 25 man zones. Too many people talking can make it difficult to focus and pay attention to vital information. Cracking a joke here and there is fine, just use some discretion and keep chatter down in the 25’s.

• There will be minimum stat requirements for starting each zone. Each class has class specific requirements for starting raid areas. Class leaders can be utilized to advise you on reaching your class requirements.

• Have your gear at its potential! All gear should be enchanted and have gems socketed to maximize potential. If you need assistance with this be sure to contact an officer.

• Be as knowledgeable and informed as possible! Seek out knowledge about your class and the fight strategy. Some strategies are very long to explain the more info you can equip yourself with the more chance for success the raid has. Boss fights can be found on wowwiki and youtube, they are also posted on forums under raid each time we target a new boss.

• Be sharp and speedy between pulls! Move as quickly as possible into position for the next pull. If there is a wipe everyone should run back unless instructed otherwise. This is not time to be lazy hurry back and into position, be on top of rebuffing and issuing any buffs to the raid that you are responsible for. This can sometimes make the difference in a successful raid and on that simply ran out of time.

• Be prepared to stay the scheduled raid time limiting distractions around you. Raid times are generally set for a 3hr period, be prepared to stay for the full time. Be respectful and attentive limiting disruptions and distractions.

If you aren’t sure about something…. Don’t be afraid to ask!

You are representing this guild in whatever you do!
We expect a high standard of behavior from you. We are selective in membership and wish to portray an image of excellence in all we do. Your conduct and abilities will be a reflection on the guild. When joining groups for instances make sure you are not reaching above your current abilities and level. If you are entering zones and content you are not geared for the reputation you are conveying of yourself and your guild will not be a favorable one. If we find you are repeatedly attempting zones beyond your lvl you will first be given a warning, second time will be termination from the guild.
In addition to representing us with your game skill and abilities you are representing us in conduct, the character you display should be helpful and polite. We expect a certain degree of maturity, dignity and class in your interactions with others within the game. We are a guild to be looked up to, we are establishing ourselves as top guild and the should be in everyway. Arrogance doesn’t have a place in this guild.
